- Hingham Women’s Club Takes Action for a Cleaner Community
Members of the Hingham Women’s Club recently rolled up their sleeves for a Route 3A trash clean-up, working together to help keep our town beautiful. Armed with gloves, trash bags, and a shared commitment to community service, volunteers collected litter along the busy roadway, making a visible impact. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make a difference. It’s inspiring to see what we can accomplish when we come together for the good of Hingham!
- Oktoberfest Social for Good!
Hingham Women’s Club members gathered for a festive evening of Oktoberfest fun at our bring-your-own-beverage event. Attendees enjoyed a lively night of celebration, all while supporting a great cause. Proceeds from ticket sales benefited the Hingham Food Pantry, and generous food donations were collected during the event to further support the pantry’s mission.
- 2024-25 Annual HWC Kick Off Meeting
The Hingham Women's Club kicked off the program year with a gathering at Tosca. During their presentation, President Jenee Melgoza and Vice President Chris Campbell introduced the new board, gave an overview of HWC and went over the events for the year.
- Love Letters For Literacy Project
This month we helped equip families with the tools to teach their children to read by creating literacy kits for preschoolers in need. These handmade packets comprise 26 flashcards (A through Z), a short note from the volunteer, and a list of educational games to play at home written in English & Spanish.
